Excellent experience, my room was a little bit larger than what I had booked and they were very accommodating. Got the carpets looking like new even the high traffic areas that we were not sure would clean up came out looking better than they ever have. They did a beautiful job on my old carpets. They were able to remove lots of stains and make it look very nice. The carpets did dry very quickly after they finished. I would recommend Heaven's Best to anyone.
